Bennett R. Coles served fifteen years as a naval officer and always thought what he did was really cool, but that it would be even cooler if it was in SPACE! His first novel, Virtues of War, won the 2013 Cygnus Award grand prize for science fiction and spawned two follow-up novels, as well as a short story in the 2017 anthology Infinite Stars from Titan Books, and of course this interactive novel Fog of War. Bennett's newest novel, Winds of Marque, released from Harper Collins in April 2019 with the sequel scheduled for 2020. He makes his home on the West Coast and enjoys saying "duuude" as much as possible to annoy his old military buddies.
Choice of Games LLC is a California Limited Liability Company dedicated to producing high-quality, text-based, multiple-choice games. We produce games in house, including Choice of the Dragon and Choice of Broadsides. We have also developed a simple scripting language for writing text-based games, ChoiceScript, which we make available to others for use in their projects, and we host games produced by other designers using ChoiceScript on our website. All of our games are available on the web. We also produce mobile versions of our games that can be played on iPhones, Android phones, and other smartphones.
